These Terms of Service govern your use of the GrixGear website and purchases made through the store.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced in them.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your location. If you use the store on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Product information

We try to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and availability accurately.

Screen settings, lighting and photography may cause minor differences in color. Displayed accessories are not included unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

We may correct errors or update information when necessary. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding or issue an appropriate refund.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order when:

  • A product or variant is unavailable

  • The price or product information contains a material error

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • The address is incomplete or unsupported

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

  • Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or platform policy

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges will be shown at checkout when Shopify is configured to calculate them. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion or processing charges.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

Third-party fulfilment

GrixGear uses third-party suppliers, fulfilment providers and shipping carriers.

Products may be dispatched from a location different from our Hong Kong business location, including a location outside the United States.

GrixGear remains responsible for customer service relating to purchases made through our store. Questions should be directed to GrixGear, not directly to the supplier.

Shipping

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, separate packages, restricted destinations and possible import charges are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a shipment is materially delayed, we will provide information and available options as required.

Returns and refunds

Returns, damaged products, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent to GrixGearX@gmail.com within 24 Hours after the order is placed.

We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or fulfilment begins. If an order has already been shipped, the Return and Refund Policy will apply.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • Submit false payment or identity information

  • Scrape, copy or exploit store content without authorization

  • Introduce malicious code

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

Intellectual property

The GrixGear name, website design, original text and other store content are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, product identifiers and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other third parties.

Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. GrixGear is not responsible for an unrelated third-party website merely because the store links to it.

Disclaimer

We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Products must be used according to their instructions and intended purpose. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their equipment, power source and intended setup before use.

These terms do not exclude warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrixGear is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the GrixGear business operator in Hong Kong SAR, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s location.

Changes

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version posted when an order is placed will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
